    I get this error several times a day while working remotely via Citrix Workspace 2009

    The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0xffffcc8940e503a4, 0x00000000000000ff, 0x00000000000000b3, 0xfffff8050f7285ce). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: ef85e29f-8a6d-4e0f-9d2e-cc9a7d84846c.

    Actions taken so far:

    • Did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro 2004 2 weeks ago and I have no 3rd party drivers installed
    • Ran scf /scannow several times - no issues encountered
    • Ran chkdsk /f /r - no issues encountered
    • Ran the MS Memory diagnostic tool several times - no issues encountered

    System is:

    • MoBo: Gigabyte X570 Gaming X
    • Bios: AMI F30 (latest as Gigabytes Hompage
    • CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700X
    • GPU: Geforce GTX1650

  3. Laptop BlueScreen (BugCheck)

    Hello,

    Recently my Dell windows 10 laptop keeps blue screening.

    Message saying: "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you"

    Stop code: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    I then opened event viewer to see if i could find more about what is causing it.

    Event Viewer Error:

    The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0xfffffafd40000000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8057fc4dd70). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 1f93e7f5-78c9-4b11-af26-ff6affecc8cc.

    I have been looking on the internet any trying different things such as Memory diagnostic tool, checking the device drivers, windows updates, re-installing device drivers, uninstalling and re-installing anti-virus.

    If anyone could help it would very appreciated!

    method to determine exactly what caused a particular update?

    Two suggested articles from Microsoft....

    Whether you find the exact cause will determine the level of troubleshooting you go through.
