Windows 10: Looking for information about a new device showing up in device manager.. Microsoft...

Hello, I recently installed windows 11 home on my pc. My computer stats as follows,EVGA Z390 DARK motherboard , Intel i9 9900k @ 5.2 allcore 1.26vcore. 16gb ddr4 b-die @4300 16.16.16.36, EVGA RTX 3090 FTW 3 Ultra Gaming, 2x 256gb Samsung nvme ssd raid 0 installed via Intel RST OProm bios driverWindows 11 home, planning to upgrade to 11 pro. I’m contacting the windows forums directly as I can’t find a single answer On Google or bing or Microsoft support documents…. What is Microsoft Firmware version 6E? I just noticed yesterday a generic device installed with that description.However the devi

device manager not showing correct cpu

this one has me confused, .When i look in device manage under processors it is still showing my old q8200 cpu and ive upgraded to the q9650. why would it not show this in device manager? , The bios shows it, cpuiz shows the q9650, the vista basic information shows it but not under device manager/ should I be concerned about this ? any ideas would be great thanx Dragon

 

USB microphone show up under "Other Devices" in the Device Manager

We suggest that you update the device driver. You can do that by following these steps:

• 
  Select the Start button, type Device Manager, and select
  it from the list of results.
  
• 
  Expand the category where your device is located, then right-click on the name of your device, and select Update Driver Software.
  
• 
  Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
  

If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

If updating the device driver doesn't work, we suggest that you reinstall the driver:

• 
  Open Device Manager.
  
• 
  Right-click on the name of the device.
  
• 
  Select Uninstall.
  
• 
  Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

No hardware listed in Device manager?

I don't konw whathappend but in Device manager and in my Network connections there is nothing where there used to be a Modem listed and all my hardware in Device Manager. What happend and how do I fix this?
