Windows 10: Looking for software to backup only folders structure

I want to backup only folders structure on my external hard drive Is there anything to do that?

in need of sophisticated backup software


Hi,
I am looking for an incremental backup software that can burn to disk. It is important that, after a full backup, it can detect new or changed files and only select those for the backup to optical disk (due to the fact that I am currently wasting a lot of disks doing full backups every time and if I could do incremental backups it would save a lot of money and disks, although manually determining the differences would be too time consuming, due to having several hundred thousand files in a complex folder structure), in addition to maintaining the folder structure.
Are there any suggestions as to where to begin for such a piece of software?

Thanks. I probably shouldn't have said full Windows folder structure. I'm not looking to backup the entire OS, just specified folders (e.g., My Documents, My Pictures, etc.). I'm looking for a way to preserve the folder structure within My Documents, within My Pictures, etc.

folder structure of /users/... and relation to OneDrive

Some new installations of Windows 10 do not have folder in the /users/%username%/ folder or have only 1 or a few of the standard structure of 'backups, desktop, documents, downloads, pictures, music, video'. but the OneDrive folder structure is complete
for more so. The OneDrive/documents is populated with files, but the c:/users/documents/ has no files, The 'Quick Access' list is compete and properly populated. Shall I generate the file structure in the /users/%username%/ folder? Any good articles?
