Windows 10: Looking to get back into my business account

i am able to sign in on here but when i try signing in to change my old phone number to my new one it asks me to go through the verification process. the problem is I am the administrator and the phone number is the only on ways to get codes on the accountplease help i need to get my account back so i can continue to grow my business

Personal and Business Account on Same Desktop

OK, I created a new account without an email address. Now I have a business account, a Microsoft account and a new account with no email address. When I'm in the business account, I still can't switch user to any of the two other accounts. Am I missing a step? To be clear, what I'm trying to achieve is having a business account and a Microsoft account (personal) and I'd like to be able to switch between these 2 accounts. Any other suggestions? Tx

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

I suggest you to create a new Microsoft Account For personal use follow the steps below and check if it helps. Another account which you’re using now you can use it for business i.e. (old Microsoft account)

  Microsoft account sign-up page and tap or click
  Create account.

  In the User name box enter your existing email address, or tap or click
  Get a new email address to create an Outlook or Hotmail address.
  
• 
  Fill out the rest of the form, then tap or click
  Create account.
