We've been running into an issue lately with a specific piece of software with their release for 2024 ProSeries 2024 if anyone is familiar. We're set up with a server/client installation and not standalone. I've involved the vendor repeatedly since the issue started to happen back in December but they just wash their hands on it.Details:We have years 2017 - 2024 installed. All versions except the newest one work without any issues at all.Vendor software has been uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I've even personally uninstalled it and manually removed the registry entries, appda

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

  3. ONGOING BSOD ISSUES

    Hi BSODARGH,

Thanks for sharing the minidump files.

I am afraid that the minidump files indicated the same file as a cause of the BSOD.

If you have tried all suggested steps above, I would suggest returning the computer to the store if its warranty still applicable. If not, take it to a reliable maintenance shop to take a look at it.

Please do not hesitate to ask if you need further assistance.

    Stay safe
