Windows 10: Looping

I am trying to create a new account. I have entered a valid email address, my full name and date of birth. I am then asked to click the box, from one of six, which has two identical images. This I do and get a confirmation check, only to find that I am asked the same question, and again and again, over and over. I have been doing this for several hours. Is there a problem?

Twitter RSS feed and Loop

So, my Twitter RSS feed won't update, and I can't post anything to twitter from the Loop or Kin Studio. Suggestions?
