Windows 10: Lose Internet connection after computer was in sleep mode

I am using:

Windows Version 10.0.19041.388

Lenovo Notebook

Hitron Wifi/Router

I have tried every thing that has been suggested on the net to solve this annoyance. Nothing has worked including recycling the router. I recall some but not all previous versions of Windows 10 did not have this problem.

Help is appreciated as always.

Method 1: Reset TCP/IP Stack and auto tuning

Method 3: Reinstall the adapter
arrowMethod 4: Revert network adapter drivers. (Windows 8 , 10)
arrowMethod 5: Remove Lenovo Access Connection software (ThinkCenter , ThinkPad)
arrowMethod 6: Disable RDC (Remote Differential Compression)
arrowMethod 7: Disabling 802.11n Mode
Additional things to consider

Locate wireless clients in a reasonable distance. The farther the distance from the router, the weaker the wireless signal will be. Try moving closer to the router to see if the connection improves.
Move away from obstacles. Keep the router in the most central spot in the home and away from anything that might block its signal such as metal objects, bodies of water, reinforced concrete walls, televisions, microwaves, cordless handsets, and so on. Move Wi-Fi devices away from other transmitting devices, or turn them off when they are not in use.
Change settings on the router. If the issue still persists, then try changing wireless settings on the router. You will have to log into the routers management page. Contact your internet service provider or router manufacturer.

No internet when computer wakes from sleep mode

No Internet when computer wakes from sleep mode or from cold start until I disable the Local area connection and then enable it.

When I run the diagnostic after it fixes the connection it says this: Local Area connection doesn't have a valid IP configuration - Fixed

But its not fixed. Every time I wake my computer up from sleep mode after its been in sleep mode for a few hours I have to disable and then enable the Local area connection.

When the computer wakes up it has a yellow triangle warning of limited or no internet access. So I have to do the above every time I wake it up.

Things I've done so far: Update drivers, No fix.

I apologize for the delay in response. Try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to switch to wired connection (Connected the internet cable to your device), try to wake up the computer from sleep mode and check if the issue persists.

Step 2: As you are losing the internet connection after waking up from sleep mode, I suggest you to boot the computer to safe mode, try to wakeup the computer from sleep mode in Safe mode with networking and check if there is any issue with
internet connection.

Lose bluetooth connectivity very frequently after sleep mode

I'm still losing the wi-fi connection to the router. There are times that after losing the connection when the computer has been in sleep mode, I can see the available wi-fi connections in "Network Status" where I can then reconnect; and then more often than not the "Network Status" will show no connections available. I've run the troubleshooter and the last result was it "couldn't fix all of the issues found and there may be a problem with the driver for the wi-fi adapter". The adapter is the Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265. The date of the driver is 8/26/19 and after looking for an update this is the lasted version.

The Power Management settings for the network adapter is "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". The option "Allow this device to wake the computer" is not turned on. I tried turning off "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" and I was losing a wi-fi connection more often so I turned it back on. The Power Option for the computer is set to High Performance. Are there any other devices where they have the option to be turned off to save power? I'll add this note only because it may have an impact on this issue. There are times that when the computer awakes from sleep mode, the screen's 1920*1080 resolution is lost and a much lower resolution appears, very large type face and images.
