Windows 10: Lose my only account in windows but didn't want to reset PC

Hi, just as the title said i didn't want to reset pc.I just recently lost my admin and only account on my laptop, and when i tried to fix it through windows recovery enviroment it said i need admin to open any of them. Is there anyway i can recover my account without resetting pc or using another pc. Help will be appreciated.

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.
