Windows 10: Losing Connection upon starting applications

Hello,


Recently my computer loses connection upon starting applications such as Substance Painter, Photoshop, ZBrush, etc. I have noticed this only started very recently 2 days perhaps. I have to restart my laptop in order for the issue to resolve itself, only to lose connection if I start the aforementioned applications again. I am now tethered via Ethernet connection to post this. When I use the Troubleshooter, it justs asks me to reset the Network settings I think and then restarts in Five minutes. It does nothing to solve the issue because if I start the applications again, the issue is back.

Any idea as to what's going on?


I am using an Asus Tuf Gaming FX 504 Laptop. THIS IS A NEW ISSUE! My windows 10 version is Up to date when I checked.


Please do not give trivial solutions like "restart your wifi or check your router, etc" since that's not the problem and all my other devices are performing as they should.

I will be grateful for any reasonable solutions anybody can provide. Again, please do not mention restarting/resetting the router!

Losing network connection

Hello Dear, if you have a laptop or a PC with a wireless network adapter, you can see a list of available wireless networks and then connect to one of those networks. The wireless networks will only appear if your PC has a wireless network adapter installed, the adapter is turned on, and the wireless access point is in range.

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.

2. In the left pane, under Network Tasks, click View available wireless networks.
In case, If you don't see the network you want to connect to, click Refresh network list. If you see the network but the signal is weak, move the PC closer to the wireless router.

3. Click the network you want to connect to, and then click Connect.

4. If you're connecting to a secure network, type the security key, and then click OK.
