Windows 10: Losing control over Windows 11 Notepad before "Windows 11 not Remembering Notepad Window...

When working with multiple sheets in Windows 11 Notepad unpredictable text repositioning in windows and the lack of its own independent scroll position looked a little strange but repositioning text in the Notepad window when activating the window looks completely strange. updates do not change anything and one can only conclude that this was done intentionally after they took on a radical modernization of Notepad. Windows 11 not Remembering Notepad Window Position

Does anyone know why the system does not remember the last window position of the new (2023) Notepad? Previously, when I closed the window of the old version of Notepad, the system remembered its window position, so that the window opened at the same place where it had been closed.

 

Notepad will not open in Windows 11

I have a brand new Windows 11 HP laptop. I need to transfer some information from my old laptop that was stored in Notepad. When I go to open the file, nothing happens. I can not open Notepad at all. I have completed the below steps and it still will not work.

1: Reset application

2: Repaired application

3: Removed and reinstalled

I have also followed at the step provided in the community and the steps provided in one of the posts that link to this page: https://www.howtogeek.com/fix-notepad-not-opening-on-windows/.

Nothing has worked.
Please tell me how to fix this.

 

Windows 11 not Remembering Notepad Window Position

The built-in Notepad is the application which I was speaking about. The problem is almost resolved now. I simply had not realized that the Notepad window should not go beyond the screen limits in order for its position to be remembered. I will have to keep the window entirely within the screen.
