Windows 10: Losing Internet Connection on both laptops after 24H2 update

I regretably updated both my laptops and now I keep losing internet connection WiFi and Ethernet on both.It always happens when I am away from the computer for a number of hours, but even now the connection is unstable.How do I fix this? I am not very tech savvy so I need basic and detailed instructions please.
