Windows 10: Losing internet connection on start up

Hello Recently I have bought a PC all set up but without installed OS which I installed via USB and since the start I have been having issues with Internet Connectivity every time i turn PC on meaning it wont connect to internet at all I have to restart it every time to work normally So far i have tried unplugging and plug back but it hasn't worked, tried enabling and disabling the adapter also hasn't worked only thing that works is restart Adapter in question is Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller

To resolve losing internet
connectivity after computer goes to sleep, follow the steps below:

  Press
  Windows key
  +
  R,type
  devmgmt.msc
  in the
  Run
  dialog box to open
  Device Manager.

  In the
  Device Manager
  window, expand
  Network Adapters
  and look for your
  WiFi
  driver, do a right-click over it and then select
  Properties.
  
• 
  In the property sheet, switch to
  Power Management
  tab and uncheck the option
  Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. Click
  OK.
  Close the Device Manager and restart the computer.

security key
is the encryption or the wireless password that you need to enter on your device to connect to your wireless network.
