Windows 10: Loss of function of power management with last Windows 11 update

With the last update of Windows 11, I have lost ALL functionality in screen saver/power management options on my desktop PC.This is, apparently not an uncommon problem, one which Microsoft...in it's typical arrogance...refuses to address in any meaningful fashion. All I've seen in other forum threads is for users to go into the registry and make the necessary edits, which don't seem to last past the next reboot.Microsoft broke this, it is incumbent upon them to bloody well FIX IT.

First step isn't right click.

The download is a zip file. The program is portable.







If you can't even run that, and given other issues, and the length of this thread, and if an in-place upgrade repair install won't help, suggest you're looking at a clean install.
