  1. Loss of Graphic output - Please help!

Hello all and thank you for reading.I am absolutly pulling my hair out on this one, I've tried everything but no to success. When the gpu is plugged in, the output dies and the screen goes black. No input from the mouse or anything is possible but music played will continue. Killing the pc and restarting brings it back instantly, but it then just goes again. I've had the GPU replaced, same issue. Could it be software? Some kind of wierd driver issue? How would that kill the input from the mouse and keys? Ive move the GPU around and I have the same issue. Plugging the screen into the motherboar

    :)

    Graphics- loss of "red"

    Hi,

There are possible reasons why graphics loss the red color, it could be due to:

    • Faulty graphics card.
    • Broken solder joint.
    • Pins on the monitor cable not being fully connected to the video card.
    • Bent pin in the plug connector.

For us to better isolate the issue, we would like to know some information:

    • Have you tried using a different monitor and check if the issue persists?
    • Have you tried checking the monitor cable wire and pins if it is connected properly and no damage?
    • Have you done any changes on your computer prior to the issue?

We will wait for your response.
