    Loss of internet for three of five network units


    I have two desktops(Windows 10), one laptop (Windows 10) and two Android tablets. One desktop and the laptop have internet access. The other desktop and the two tablets show internet connections but do not access the net.

    Any suggestions for a cause please?

    Loss of network connectivity and internet

    I upgraded to windows 10 pro yesterday and everything seemed to work OK. But when I switched on this morning the PC could not connect to any of the network drives and any visit to an https site resulted in "there is a problem with the certificate for this
    site. My laptop, my laptop running windows 7 still connects to network and internet. Any clues on what to do next please.

    I tried to revert to Windows 8.1 but the certificate problem migrated back into the Windows 8.1 system. I then tried to Restore to Default settings, this didn't solve the problem either although all my installed apps and programs now needed to be re-installed.

    I then tried to re-install Windows 10 as a clean install and on completion although the certificate problem has gone away, I still cannot connect the machine to my domain although I was able to create network connections to my data drives on the server,
    so now I do have internet connection and data connections, but I do not consider it an optimal situation.

    It has also reduced the capacity of the hard drive with now contains 2 recovery drives and a windows.old directory.

    All in all not a pleasant experience
