    Loss of Trio Office on Win11 PC.


    I'd a lifetime Trio Office on my Win11 64 bit HP PC. After recent Win updates it doesn't load. I've tried uninstall/reinstall but it still doesn't load. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    Microsoft Trio Office Windows app in Windows 10 activation/refund

    When opening the Microsoft Trio Office Windows app in Windows 10 it prompts you to purchase..$8 for a year so figured what the hell..I was charged but when i try to open Trio Office in Windows 10, it still prompts me to buy..I'm just looking for a refund at this point bc I did what I needed trio office for in the first place...or at least to activate it. So, I guess my question is...Any suggestions? Anyone have directions to refund page?

    Hello Carmel. This is Emily.

    Trio Office is not a Microsoft software, but a third party one. When you launch your Trio Office app, does it have any in-app sign in option? Usually signing into the account you used for purchase serves as the validation these days for a lot of apps. So, make sure you try that first.

    Otherwise you want to contact their support so sort this out. You see there's that 7x24 support button you can push. Hopefully that leads to their support.

    Using full functions of trio office after reinstall

    I have the same problem - I just did a reinstall , and then the premium functions of TRIO Office stopped working. I am on windows 10.

    I got TRIO office from the Windows APP Store.

    I contacted TRIO OFFICE on the Help - contact us - drop down. They said - use task manager - stop trio office, then try again !! of course that didn't make any difference.

    I tried to re-purchase the premium functions - it says - you already own this program - and won't let me re-purchase.

    Does anyone have a phone number for TRIO office support - sending them an email from their Help - contact us drop-down just gets you

    useless advice. It is like Trio office knows your email. but the reinstalled program is not picking up your email id to send them.

    I think Windows support should be pushing this complaint to Trio support because they sell the product from their app store
