Windows 10: Lost Admin Rights Windows 11

Help... I don't know what to do! I created a local user on my computer and now am not able to log into my admin account. The user name is not there anymore. I know the passcode of the admin account but I don't know what the account it was built under or the password of it. I have a new person starting in the office and am trying to set up a new user for them without admin rights, but now I have lost admin rights to the computer. I have tried everything online to try and switch the local account to an admin account but I don't have the rights to. I was able to find the accounts that are on

Hi guys,

I am actually having a problem at work that our IT department hasn't been able to figure out. I am supposed to be a member of the admin group. We are on a domain. The problem is that everytime I reboot the computer I loose my admin rights(no longer in the administrator group) and just become a normal user again. I have tried googling this and didn't get to many results.
I believe IT is just giving me local admin rights, not admin rights for the whole domain.

Any suggestions?
