Windows 10: Lost administration access from defaultuser100000.

Hey, I got some random user on my laptop called "defaultuser100000" and tried to look it up and it said that you would only get this if you clicked "I forgot my PIN" and i have no memory of me clicking that, this only appeared when i restarted the laptop for app uses. It took my administration privileges, changes to my laptop, and system. I spent 3 or more days figuring this out, i even had to do a factory restart and delete all my apps just to see the user still there.

so when i tried that i got upto step 5.i cant open the config folder





then i click continue and get this

To which "this" are you referring?
- If you are following the tutorial Bree suggested in the very first reply to your question then what you need to do at each step is explained in detail. So which step are you at?
- If you are following a different procedure then state what it is and which step you are at. If, for example, you are trying to manually enable the Built-In Admin as suggested in post #11 then that account has no password.

net user administrator /active:no keeps saying access denied.

It's possible that you're not using an elevated command prompt, causing the Access Denied error. We suggest following these steps to properly disable the built-in administrator account:

• Right-click the Start button.
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• Copy and paste net user Administrator /active:no and press
  Enter. If the command isn't successful, please post a screenshot so that we can study it further.

Let us know if you're able to hide the administrator account after following these steps.
