    I am a college student and my program is IT but because of COVID we have to do everything virtual and we had homework on creating account with command prompt both on VCLOUD and my own PC.


    Two days ago i was trying to open Word to do my homeowrk but a message pop up saying “We’re sorry, but Word has run into an error that is preventing it from working correctly. Word will need to be closed as a results. Would you like us to repair now?”. So i decided to click “Repair now” but nothing show up and i waited about 20 minutes and nothing, i then click “Repair now” for third time and again nothing so now i thought to myself to restart my computer to see if i can open my Word Worst decision ever. So then i ask my mom to help me with my issue, i reopen my computer and ask me some question about the PC i click “Non” to everything when the Windows was open all of my files and documents disappered. Yesterday my mom ask me to sent a message to my professure to help me out about the problem that i’m having with my PC and he thought it was a virus, so my mom is doing a virus scan at this moment. I notice that i am in a local account.
