Windows 10: Lost all my data and im trying to recover it

So when i turned on my PC, they wrote something that was like "fixing disc C:" and there was numbers like a random number out of a full number like it was clearing all data, when i wrote my PIN, i found my PC empty and there was a window with "cannot sign in to your account, try signing out and signing in" thats all i could remember. so i went to regedit registry editor and fixed some things, but my PC keeps clearing everything i did after i sign out or restart or anything like that. it keeps clearing things such as pinned task bar icons, any games I had, my appdata and everything. so i mov

Hate to say it... but guess what... you shouldnt be trying to recover CDs that you dont own anymore. I know your intensions are honorable, but this is actually a help me pirate/hack thread.

How do you know that the CD's on his hard drive are not copies of his lifelong collection of purchased discs placed into one collection? *Wink
