    i’ve searched the entire web for a solution. this morning i logged onto my computer and all of my files were lost my and wallpaper was changed. it was like a new laptop with everything cleared. after looking at forums i suspect this is to do with my laptop updating last night. i know people have responded to this issue saying to make another user and copy it into that user or something but my add user button IS NOT WORKING. i dont know what to do and how to most importantly save my files which i need for my degreeto clarify ive attempted the security update enabling the thingyi’ve also attempt
