Windows 10: Lost biometrics drivers for Windows Hello facial recognition

I have a dell XPS 9300. Recently the windows hello function has been inconsistent, the image grainy and dark, even when all other apps using the camera work perfectly. To attempt fix the issue I deleted the facial recognition drivers from the biometrics section of device manager. Now, I don't know where to find them to reinstall them! Windows hello facial recognition is now unavailable as it thinks I don't have a compatible camera. Any idea how to reinstate the drivers?

Windows hello facial recognition has stopped working,biometrics missing.

Window Hello facial recognition has stopped working .I have tried all the advice I can find on the web to fix it ,but have managed to remove the biometrics from the device manager list. I've searched for a replacement download but couldn't find anything.
I'm using a Surface Pro 4. Any Suggestions?

trying to turn off the Facial Recognition feature for Windows Hello or for the

• Select Accounts.
• Click Sign-in options.
• Under Picture password, click Remove.
