Windows 10: Lost Bit Locker Key

Hi,I am wondering if there is a way to recover a misplaced bit locker key.The OS will not boot, and gives a blue screen PNP_Detected_Fatal_Error. This happened after windows updates. I cannot do a or scandisk, chkdsk, or SFC or uninstall any updates due to the encrypted HDD.Is there any solution to bypass this problem?Windows 10, Surface book 2Thanks

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Bit Locker Key

Daughter laptop requesting bit locker recovery key.

She didn't change anything.

But overnight, its now requesting this. So assume an update occurred, that impacted this.

Ive checked our MS account and there no recovery keys there. He device is not even listed.

Is there a workaround, or fix. Ive looked at the support notes, and don't have a print out of the key or usb stick etc..

any help would be appreciated. As were stuck on the blue screen Bit locker screen.
