Windows 10: Lost Bitlocker recover key.

After I did a system restore for the previous checkpoint, the system has been corrupted and cannot work at all by showing a blue screen. I tried to reset the PC with the feature of keeping my files. But it asks to insert the recovery key which is lost. I tried to find out if the recovery key is stored at the Microsoft account, USB flash, or other media without success. When I open my Microsoft account to find the recovery key which is related to my devise, it redirects me to a page saying the URL is not working. Please advise how I could resolve this issue? Recover BitLocker key from Key ID

It doesn't work. The specific device I need to recover the key is not on the list, neither an option to retrieve the BitLocker code using its Key ID as the blue screen says.
