Windows 10: Lost capacity storage the hardware disk from external hard disk

Hi everyone, who read this post. I have the problem about lost the capacity hardware disk. I'm using the external hard disk for making a second OS. Suddenly, it's "blue screen death" for being lost connect disk and then I trying to restart again to boot it again. But it can't boot several times. So, I have to boot the primary OS to check the external hard disk and I'm surprising the storage external disk from 1TB to 256GB?? I opened "disk management" to check. Also, the system said, my external disk it's mean: the external disk was decreased capacity was new connect to this system and told
