Windows 10: lost connection with smart tv

I’ve installed a Samsung Smart View app on my PC running Windows 10. However I’ve recently faced an issue because I cannot transfer video on mu PC. I receive a notification that the app has "lost connection" with the t.v. All the other apps on my PC works fine and TV is also OK. I checked that the firewall doesn’t block this app.

We suggest that you follow these steps:

• Connect your PC and TV in same network.
• Got to Start and click on Settings.
• Open Devices and chose Connected devices from the menu on the left.
• Click on Add a device.
• After the wizard finished, just click on your TV and follow the instructions.

Smart TV

I have a smart TV connected to my network. It seems that every time I turn on my TV windows will list it as a new device. I regularly have to delete all these Smart TV devices, since after a period of time I can have up to 50 device listing for my TV.
Is there any way to prevent this from happening?
