Windows 10: Lost DevicePC

Hello to the Community,My device was stolen and and I want to know how best I can track it down.Well I tried the available options, but the location feature was off at the time of the theft.The device could not be located, I tried many times and different hours.The last device activity is when I last worked on it.Is it possible to have a help to track it down and notify me when the device turns on??Any help will be highly appreciated.Saviour

Regarding your issue with contact list that is lost in Windows live mail, we suggest to check this thread:
