Windows 10: Lost Email Storage Folders

Thankyou Microsoft but I followed your instructions which took me all morning and I was excited when I got to the end and found all my lost folders back in place.

However, I was shattered when I looked in them and found they were all empty.


How on earth could this be and can I now recover the contents???

Importing Storage Folders from WLM to Windows 10

Hi,

To resolve your concern, see the steps below:

• Create the folders; then, go to one of your storage folders.
• Select all; then, drag them to the online folder. (It will sync over to your Windows 10 app via the online email service).

Folder in Favorites lost

Had a folder in IE favorites named xxxxx favorites with many items in it. Don't know what I may have done but it is gone from the list. When I try to create a new folder it tells me that there is one already there, but it is not. Any suggestion where I might find the lost folder or how to restore it.

 

Live Mail Emails not going to Storage Folders

This is a new one to me. I got a new computer that came with Windows 10. My computer guy was able to move everything over to the new computer. However, when I want to move an email into a storage folder it doesn't show up in the folder and the original
email is gone. It's not constant, to boot. Some go into the appropriate storage folder, some don't. Any suggestions?
