    I lost my email when I had to reset my windows 10 hard drive and I had only set it up when I first set up my laptop and before I had to reset the hard drive I thought I should copy all the files to an external hard drive which I did but now I forgot my email password and don't know how to access it so I was wondering if I could some how get it from my external hard drive.

    If some of your emails were lost, it's possible that there's a synchronization issue, or they were accidentally deleted. For us to get a clearer picture of what's going on, please answer the following questions:

    • Which email account are you referring to?
    • Have you made any changes on your phone before this happened?
    • Can you provide the troubleshooting steps that you're already tried?

    SYNCING EMAILS AND FINDING LOST PIN NUMBER

    I cant get my emails to sync because ive lost my 2 step pin number and my windows password doesn't seem to work,but my Microsoft passwords work ok .Any suggestions ?

    My system is Windows 10, my browser is Google Chrome and my email is Windows live. When I open a hyperlink I get a blank/black page listed as "Untitled". Any suggestions?
