Windows 10: Lost graphics

Hi folks, twice in two years I've lost a pc to updates, most recent yesterday, Windows updated something unbeknown to me and when I was shutting down ask me to restart to complete installation having no choice I did so, seemed fine. Next day pc would not show graphics 1 long beep followed by 3 short, would indicate graphic GTX 1070, replaced with working GTX 1060, restarted and same beeping issue, plugged hdmi into on board graphics and was able to see it load to login, when I got into device drivers there appeared to be a problem with audio however saw GTX card and reported working normally, thinking it could be driver related I let windows download 2 Intel updates which appeared, on installation on board graphics now lose connection at the point of window login, it's really getting me down folks spending lots of money on hardware to game yet their software is killing it, can anyone help me

Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

• Turn your computer off.
• Pull out your video/graphics card.
• Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
• Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.

Kindly note that this is just a temporary fix. If the case still continues, I suggest that you contact your graphics card's manufacturer.

The error might occur if the Graphic card is cannot update the driver automatically.

I suggest you to update the graphic card manually by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
• Expand Display Driver from the list.
• Right click on the Graphic driver and select
  update driver software.

Also, can download the latest version of the graphic card from the manufacturer website.
