Windows 10: Lost History of Solitaire after replacing computer. Using the same account.

Hello just had to purchase new computer. Setup on windows 11 pro. When I ran my subscription version of solitaire, I was logged into Xbox live but all of my history is gone. any way of getting it back?

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Lost History file when Windows 10 downloaded on my computer . Help please.

Microsoft Solitaire events crashed

Thank you for the information. It turns out that the twinapi.appcore.dll files are corrupted, that's why you're getting the said error message. We suggest that you uninstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection on your computer, and then perform
the following steps:

• Press Windows key + R to open Run.
• Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.
• Open Windows Store and install Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

Once done, kindly check if the game works for you.
