    Lost my ethernet connection after windows update.


    I updated windows last night and when I booted up the PC today my ethernet connection did not work. I have tested the cable with a different PC and it works on that one. So its a problem with my main computer then.I thought I should update the ethernet driver, and I deleted it because it said somewhere that when I deleted it and restarted the PC it would install it self again. I don't remember if I read it on a forum or in a setting. That does not really matter. Now I do not remember the name of the driver and I can not find the specs for my PC to what ethernet driver I should download.I have
