Windows 10: Lost Photo Gallery

I have Window 7. I lost photo gallery because some of the programs that are used in photo gallery are offline. I don't know how to recover offline programs and to be honest I don't know anything about offline. I like to use Window Gallery since it has some pictures, don't know why, that were not transferred over to my window 10.I appreciate any help. I miss my Window 7 and my photo gallery.Thank you.

Whilst it's true that it has been removed from the Microsoft site, it is still available for download from an archived copy of the MS site in the Internet Archive Wayback Machine. That's where I got my copy of the offline installer wlsetup-all.exe.

Just install the Gallery/Movie Maker. You may see an error reported by the installer saying the install failed. This is not quite true, it fails at a point after Gallery has been successfully installed. I don't use Gallery much (it's Movie Maker I wanted) but it does seem fully functional in the latest version of Windows 10.

we're almost there...yes!!
windows 2012 essential, installed all correctly, it is now found in my program & features. I wasn't sure what the next step would be. But i did check to see if Photo Gallery would work, but i received these errors which i have attached. I also attempted to download the file that was needed which i chose the first one, but after reading the details and OS requirement i was unsure if it.

I suggest that you try to repair your Windows Photo Gallery and see if it resolves your concern. Here are the steps:

1. Press Windows key + R simultaneously, Type
AppWiz.cpl and press OK.

2. Look for Windows Essentials on the list and select it.

3. Click Uninstall/Change.4. Choose
Repair all Windows Essentials programs.
