Windows 10: Lost sound after Mar.29, 2025 win.11 update.Recovery doesn't usually fix this problem for...

Realtek sound speakers not working after yet again, a 'windows' 11 update. Happened before in the past but then in 2023, somehow they started to work again without a system recovery. Started with Duck Duck Go just like it did after the last time this happened. Says I don't have my speakers installed. But I have always had them except after 'some' other Windows updates. I saw where this happened to other people in 2023 in Community posts. Not working in google chrome either. Dell laptop. Intel Core i17. Can anyone help without needing a confusing work- around?Thanks!Lois

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
