Windows 10: Lost storage on laptop windows 10

I had to install windows 10 via a USB ISO file. Upon getting my laptop back with everything wiped off, I realised that my drivers had changed. I now only have a disk 0 present on disk management. I did not have my d drive and my windows was installed onto my c drive. My disk usage is running on 100 percent with nothing open. I believe I have lost my internal hard drive. However, it is still registered on device manager. I did a health check and it shows up as ok. I am not sure and hope someone can help me make sense of this.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
