    Lost Unallocated Space


    Hi!I own an ASUS ROG laptop with a little feature they call Keystone. Basically, one of the many things it does is create a virtual disk drive using a percentage of storage from your original disk drive. I made a little mess with its feature and somehow managed to put a rough estimate of 30gb of storage capacity in that virtual drive. Whenever I look at my disks in This PC, sometimes it shows the full 30gb being utilized, sometimes 10gb only. I look at Disk Managements and its shows the remaining 20gb being unallocated. Anyway I can allocate it whenever I want. I left it that way for quite som

    Hi Travis,

    It appears that a disk partition was created but was never assigned its allocation. Assuming there are no files stored in the unallocated partition, perform these steps to combine it with your C: drive:

    • In Disk Management, right-click on (CLost Unallocated Space :) which appears next to the
      Unallocated partition.
    • Select Extend.

    Let us know if you're able to combine the spaces after following the steps above.
