    Hi,

    I have a very big problem with my windows 10.

    It seems that I have lost all my windows 10 users. I've tried to promote any user to administrator but i can't do this because any of them exists now.yo

    I've tried to fix the problem with some alternatives trying to read the SAM file but any user is appearing there.

    What can I do? Could you help me?

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.
