Windows 10: Lost windows 11 due to hard drive failure

I bought a Lenovo laptop and the hard drive failed and I now have to buy a new hard drive. How can I recover my windows 11 license?

Hard drive failure imminent

My HP laptop bought 2016 gave me a hard drive failure imminent alert. I bought a new hard drive and handed it over to a repair tech.

He had stated that the partitions have been damaged and wants to know my Windows 10 smart key before he begins to install the new hard drive.

I have no idea how to get that information. I also know less than zero about computer hardware or software.

What steps can I take to get this code needed? I've been without my laptop for 2 months now and it is financially becoming a burden as I can't process any custom orders. I depend on that third job to keep afloat, now more than ever, my second job just eliminated
due to covid.

Please, if you have suggestions, I really need to hear them.
