This is one of those easy things like remove programs is. I think you are making it harder on yourself than it is. You have internet and probably use a few different connections depending on whatever, business or personal, etc. Delete all the connections you know you aren't using.

When I go to the same screen as your screenshot. I have Wifi and Ethernet listed. The 2 ways I can connect to the internet. Keep these 2 and delete everything else individually and than setup a new connection if needed. No reason to worry or make it harder.

  6. As mentioned before, it depends on, what do you still use?! You sure got a lot of network controlling software installed like Kerio, Kaspersky, AnyConnect, VPN, VMware, VirtualBox. At first, download the latest Realtek driver, just to be on the safe side. If you do not need any of those, delete all networks via Device Manager, then restart and install Realtek LAN.

As for reset, you can use those (but I guess, it will just reset those connections, not delete them):

    netsh int 6to4 reset all
    netsh int httpstunnel reset all
    netsh int ip reset all
    netsh int isatap reset all
    netsh int portproxy reset all
    netsh int tcp reset all
    netsh int teredo reset all
    netsh winsock reset
