Windows 10: Lots of feezing/bliue screen problems

I am having a lot of freezing issues. When I look online for help I am always pointed to registry repair programs. My understanding was that in Windows 10 such programs are unnecessary and may even be damaging but I can't find any alternative diagnostic tools in the windows system to help me. Here's a log from the last few days showing the problems I am having. Can anybody point me at the best way to fix this.



24/6/18 Forced restart, kmode exception not handled
29/6/18 froze after 10 minutes only running live mail and notepad
29/6/18 Blue screen with scan icon
30/6/18 Forced restart, page fault in non paged area
2/7/18 froze after 10 minutes
2/7/18 Forced restart, kmode exception not handled, when it does this, says collecting info but never goes beyond 0%
2/7/18 1306 froze again
3/7/18 didn't wake up after hibernation, repowered screen but showed no signal
4/7/18 froze after 10 minutes, this is becoming a common occurrence in the morning on start up
4/7/18 1145 everything stopped, screen intermittent, no signal, took all the plugs out and started again, why does this fix it?
4/7/18 10 minutes after successful restart above, Forced restart, kernel mode exception not handled,
4/7/18 5 minutes after last restart Forced restart, IRQL not less or equal

Lots of feezing/bliue screen problems

We need log files(called dump files) that tell us what lead to crash.
