Windows 10: Lots of my driver's gone haywire after an update in Window 11

Namely:Biometric devices:- ELAN WBF Fingerprint SensorDisplay adapters:- AMD RadeonTM GraphicsSecurity devices:- AMD PSP 10.0 DeviceSound, video and game controllers:- AMD High Definition Audio DeviceSystem Device:- AMD Audio CoProcessor- AMD GPIO Controller- AMD I2C Controller- AMD LOG- AMD Micro PEP Device- Lenovo ACPI-Conpliant Virtual Power Controller- PCI Express Root Port- System Interface Foundation V2 DeviceNote that I've tried to restart the PC but error 0xc0e90002 persist and I have no connection to the internet. Need immediate help to solve this problem, and many thanks.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
