    Lots of problems all of a sudden after a week with brand new laptop


    Hello, I have a leopard mid that runs windows 10.

    First thing I noticed was when I went to use the camera after a stream (which worked fine when I got it) it stayed black then I clicked to take a picture and got error code: 0xA00F4292<PhotoCaptureStartTimeout> and it still does it, then I went to stream again later and the playback screen was green so I just turned it off to rest after already trying countless things. Then went back on it and tried to watch some videos went to 4 different videos on 4 different sites that have been checked by Norton and all had green screen. This is getting rediculous please help.

    None of the problems you've listed are applicable to my case as my laptop is brand new-I bought it less than two weeks ago. Besides I did not left it for a long time to know if it indeed got stuck at 23% or at some other percentage. I'm not a IT specialist to mess with all this stuff you're suggesting, but thanks anyway for advice.

    brand new lap top battery

    I ran the troubleshoot power option and it said “Display brightness setting is too high”

    but it’s a brand new laptop, i should think I could expect the most from it.

    I haven’t tried the next steps uou have suggested yet.
