    Loud noise for few minutes after I start my PC


    Hello there,The problem is as it says in the title. After the loud noise it turns normal. I cleaned my case carefully but that didn't solve the problem. Here is my system:CPU: IntelR CoreTM i3-4160 CPU @ 3.60GHz Graphics Card: Radeon RX580 8GBMotherboard: h81m-d r2.0 16 GB RAM DDR3Windows 10 ProAlso, I want to play videogames, including Minecraft, but with this setup, its not possible. I tried I can't afford a whole new system. I don't know much about hardware. I'm planning to replace my CPU with İntel Core i7-4790. Would that work? What do you think?Thank you for your interest.
