A customer claims that their sound card is no longer working after a major Windows feature update from 1803 to 1809, what can you do to make the sound work again?

I need to use the navigation key to go to a shortcut to select a loudspeaker! It vcan be done but Loudspeaker is not listed in the shortvut menu?

The very poor instruction book that comes with the phone shows Loudspeaker in the index as P19 but the only reference there is not to switctch it on in case it will be too loud!!

Thanks for the answer but I mean, if the loudspeaker grill is blocked when playing music...especially when I'm holding the phone at the same time (Because the loudspeaker is situated at the back of the phone). Will the loudspeaker break?
