  1. Loudspeakers too loud?

I bought the Logitech G560. The problem is that if you set the volume to 2, they are already quite loud. It doesn't matter whether you press the louder/quieter buttons on the speaker or use the speaker icon on the Windows 10 taskbar (well, actually to the right of the taskbar, bottom right), both switch the volume equally (on screen). Sorry for the lousy description, I don't know how to describe it better.

Do you know of any Windows 10 system feature or downloadable program that could turn down my speakers?

    Many thanks in advance.

    :)

  2. 6303 Classic ----The Loudspeaker

I need to use the navigation key to go to a shortcut to select a loudspeaker! It vcan be done but Loudspeaker is not listed in the shortvut menu?

The very poor instruction book that comes with the phone shows Loudspeaker in the index as P19 but the only reference there is not to switctch it on in case it will be too loud!!
