Windows 10: Low cpu ultilization on all game and blender

Hello, i have problem with my laptop that always have low cpu usage when gaming and blender. This can be happen but not everytimes when i force close my game or sometimes there is error with geforce experience/other application. I have tried reset my laptop few times and it will be always happen. I have tried to update my cpu and gpu driver but windows show the driver are already new.My laptopp specs :Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3Ryzen 7 7735H Nvidia RTX 4050 6GBRam 16 GB DDR5 Display 2560×1440 If you have any solution, i hope you have solution of this problems

Low CPU util on CPU-intensive games.

Hello! I came here to ask this question. Why is my CPU always on low utilization when I'm playing FH4 and any other high-graphics games? But whenever I'm using something like Blender or just playing lightweight games like Roblox, my CPU utilization is all the way at the max. It confuses me why my CPU is acting like this. I've already tried restarting my PC and increasing virtual memory. Here are my system specs :

CPU : Ryzen 5 3400G

iGPU : Vega 11

RAM : 32 GB

OS : Windows 11 Pro

There could be several reasons why the CPU is in low utilization while playing games.

Games use more GPU than CPU because the GPU is designed to handle the graphics and rendering of the game, while the CPU runs things like physics and shadows. Games that require heavy graphics processing, such as Cyberpunk, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Control, are very GPU-heavy. Increasing the draw distance on a match will likely tax the CPU more than the GPU.

If your GPU is not powerful enough to keep up with the demands of the game, it can bottleneck the CPU, which will also lead to low CPU utilization.

Game resolutions, in the low resolutions you will experience high CPU utilization and in the high resolutions, low CPU utilization.
