Windows 10: Low CPU utilization on windows 10 1909 build.

Please help me! When gaming, my computer only uses 10% to 30%. It gets better if it reaches 50% but that's rare... What I just did is reformatted my computer to Windows 10 pro.

My pc build is i5 4440 Windows 10 1909 16GB of ram Gtx 1050 Ti

Please help me... I am fixing this for 3weeks now... Please.

Compressing (zipping speed) in Windows 10 low CPU utilization

Hi Christopher,

Low CPU utilization depends on the file size volume. The type of processor has to be considered as well. Zipping files doesn't really affect the utilization of a computer's CPU. The zipping feature available on Windows 10 has its default compression speed.
If you want to have an option to choose a compression speed, there are third-party apps that you can consider. Try searching first in Windows Store.

High CPU usage when playing games on Windows 10 1909

after upgraded to the windows 1909 my cpu usuage in game is really high and my gpu usuage is low which is not normal. At first I thought that is a cpu problem then I changed my cpu to 9900ks but in game.I still.got.the low gpu usuage Is this is a bug or
mine issues？

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.
