Windows 10: Low Disc Space on drive HP_TOOLS E:

I need help "Cleaning" up my E drive. I've read previous posts on this issue and went through to make sure that personal files are not being stored on this drive and Windows is not set up to restore. What other options do I have? Thank you so much.

After a lengthy windows update, I started getting popup notices of low disc space for drive "E". I have never had a drive E. how do I get rid of this annoying infestation on my laptop?

Low Disc space

I keep getting an error message that says "Low Disc Space" on Recovery disc D but this disc and the hard drive space is basically empty. I have about 95% free disc space. I keeps popping up.
