Windows 10: Low disk space issues

I am having low disk space issues, I have no space left on my computer even though all my files are saved on an SD card and i have deleted all unnecessary apps. Previously I was told to delete all one-note backups and change the settings, that emptied around 50 GB but i am having the same issue and I don't know what else I can delete. Pls advice me on how i can empty more space.

I have a HP19 desktop.I keep getting an error that says low disk space on the recovery d drive.How do you fix this?How do you free up space or prevent the message from showing up ?This is what I did and I got lost:
