Windows 10: low disk space warning

Discus and support low disk space warning in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; How do you get the warning about low disk space on RECOVERY D: from popping up?     How do you get the warning about low disk space on RECOVERY D: from popping up? I looked and there is nothing to delete in it and it keeps popping up every few minutes. It is really annoying so any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

    When will the automatic update removing the warning Low disk space on D be done? It is very irritating.

    I got lost after "Policies".I couldn't find Explorer.There's no low disk space checks.When I back click,there's no Advanced .I have an HP19 desktop with Windows 10 installed.Drive
    D is the recovery drive.

    I have a HP19 desktop.I keep getting an error that says low disk space on the recovery d drive.How do you fix this?How do you free up space or prevent the message from showing up ?This is what I did and I got lost:
